Las Vegas, NV — Move-In Repaint Specialists

Paint It Before the Boxes Arrive

There's a golden window in every home purchase: the days between getting the keys and moving in, when the house stands completely empty. In that window, a whole interior can be sprayed and backrolled wall to wall — no furniture to shuffle, nothing to mask around, no family living inside a project — and finished faster and cleaner than it ever will be again. Give us your closing date. We'll work back from it, and your family's first night will be in a house that has never belonged to anyone else.

What We Do

The One Job Where Timing Beats Everything

Most painting projects are shaped by the house being lived in — furniture moved twice, rooms sequenced around the family, everything cut in by brush around a household's belongings. A move-in repaint is the opposite animal. For a handful of days the house is empty, and in an empty house we can do what's simply impossible later: spray entire interiors in continuous passes, backroll every wall for uniform texture, treat ceilings and closets and the insides of every room as one job instead of twelve, and hand you back a house where every surface is new at once. We built our company around catching that window — and around the escrow calendar that opens and closes it.

Move-In Repainting

The flagship: your whole interior repainted between closing and moving day, scheduled backwards from your escrow date, with the previous owner's colors, scuffs, and odors erased before your first box crosses the threshold.

Whole-Home Interior & Exterior

The full reset: inside and outside painted as one coordinated project — one crew, one plan, one schedule — so the family arrives to a property that reads new from the curb to the back bedroom closet.

Erasing the Previous Owner

Their bold accent walls, their crayon-height scuffs, their years of cigarette smoke or pet life in the walls — covered, and where odors live in the surface, sealed under stain-blocking primer before the color goes on.

Why the Window Matters

An Empty House Paints Faster, Cleaner, and Flawlessly — Then the Window Closes

Here's the honest math of the trade: the same interior that takes a careful week to paint around a family's furniture, schedules, and daily life can be finished in a fraction of the time when it's empty — and finished better. Spraying lays paint on in a uniform film no roller can match; backrolling works it into the texture; and with no sofas to drape, no beds to shuffle between rooms, and nobody sleeping in the house, the crew moves in straight lines instead of circles. The day your furniture arrives, all of that is gone. Every later repaint means masking, moving, sequencing, and living around wet walls. The window between closing and move-in is the one time your house will ever be this easy to paint perfectly, and it only comes once.

Catching it takes planning, which is why we schedule off your escrow calendar, not ours. Tell us your closing date and we hold crew time against it — and because closings slip, we build slack into the plan instead of pretending they don't. Want a head start? Many buyers walk us through on video during their inspection or final walkthrough, before they even have keys, so colors are chosen and the written quote is in hand the day escrow closes. Keys Friday, spraying Saturday, moving truck the following weekend into a house that smells like nothing and looks like nobody ever lived there. That's the product.

How It Works

Four Steps, Timed to Your Escrow Calendar

  1. Call with your closing date

That date is the spine of the whole plan. We work backwards from it — and forwards to your movers — and hold crew time in the gap. In escrow but no keys yet. A video walkthrough during your inspection or final walkthrough gets colors and the written quote settled before you own the place.

  2. Walkthrough and one flat written quote

We walk the property — in person once you have access, or on video before that — scope every room, flag anything that needs odor-sealing or repair, and hand you one flat written number for the whole project. No surprises after the fact, and the free walkthrough costs you nothing either way.

  3. The empty-house repaint

Keys in hand, we move fast: repairs and prep, stain-blocking primer wherever the previous owner's smoke, pets, or water marks live in the surfaces, then whole-interior spray-and-backroll — with two full coats of Sherwin-Williams paint on every color change, so the old palette is gone for good.

  4. Walkthrough, then bring the boxes

We walk the finished house with you before the truck arrives — lines, coverage, closets, ceilings, switch plates — so the only thing left to do on moving day is move in. First night, fresh house, zero paint on your calendar ever after.
