What to Have Ready When You Call

The conversation goes fastest with a few basics on hand:

• Your closing date — even a target date; we plan around slips as a matter of course
• Your move-in date or moving-truck booking, if you have one — it's the deadline we build to
• The property address or neighborhood, and roughly the size of the house
• What the previous owner left behind — bold colors, wallpaper, smoke or pet history, anything the inspection flagged
• Interior only, or the whole property — if the exterior is tired too, one coordinated project may fit the same window

Still in escrow with no keys? Even better. "We close on the 20th and the whole place smells like the last owner's cigarettes" is a complete starting point — we'll set up a video walkthrough during your inspection period and take it from there.
